CertiflexDimension Accounts Receivable provides many powerful options for efficient and accurate data entry. The invoicing screen allows you to easily view complete information relating to entering transaction for a customer, including last invoice, check, aging, and remaining credit.

Invoices can be printed immediately upon recording, counter invoicing, batched for printing later, or posted without printing. You can also print a preview of the invoice to screen or printer before saving and/or posting. Each invoice is archived by the system for reprinting on demand.
